This lap quilt was inspired by a street mural in Montréal. I was drawn to the bold, clean lines and love how it translated into a quilt. For this version, I choose stripes and grids that play with the lines that are inherent to the quilt. The texture of both the cotton and linen blend fabrics add an extra dimension to this quilt and make it even more cozy. The longer size makes it perfect for a small couch blanket, a baby blanket or even to take along on a picnic.
